Job Summary As a high-level Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face and voice of our State Farm Insurance Agency. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with a warm, personal, and professional touch. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our insurance products and services.
  • Provide superior customer service by promptly and professionally responding to inbound phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique needs, assessing their insurance requirements, and offering tailored solutions
  • Process policy changes, claims, and payments with precision and efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain meticulous customer records and update policy information as required
  • Minimum of one-year experience working in a State Farm Insurance Agency, displaying a strong understanding of our systems, products and services
  • Hold a P&C insurance license or able to secure one prior to employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with a diverse customer base
  • Sharp problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to empathize with customers to provide exceptional service
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
